This site was built using methods that form a common and recognized standard for website design as prescribed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), an independent body that establishes recommendations known as "Web Standards". By designing to these web standards, the content of this web site is made available to a wider range of people, browsers and devices. An added benefit is that they are more search engine friendly as well.

You may have noticed that these web pages download faster, too. Perhaps one day all web sites will be made this way, but until then this site is still quite special. Both the XHTML code and the CSS used to implement this website conform and validate with the common standard identified by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
